Comfort Care Suite

Children's Hospital New Orleans unveiled "Bella's Room," a ComfortCareSM suite designed to provide a sanctuary for children requiring end-of-life care and their families. Made possible through the support of the Bella Bowman Foundation, the suite comprises a patient room for medical care, an adjoining family room for rest, a private bathroom, and a gathering space for extended family and friends. Located on the hospital's sixth floor with views of the Mississippi River, Bella's Room offers a comforting, home-like environment to enhance the hospital's palliative care services.
